The restrictions imposed by the Covid-19 lock-down and the easing of them has meant that agents, through necessity, have needed to be much more creative in the marketing of properties. Whilst not new, videos, virtual tours and 360 degree imagery are becoming more widespread. We foresee that just as buyers considered that seeing a floor plan was essential before deciding to view a property they will now come to expect to be shown a virtual tour of a property even after the lock-down restrictions are lifted completely.
